Site-Based Clinics
Our site-based clinics provide direct, accessible eyecare for people experiencing homelessness. Located within trusted community settings such as day centres and support services, these clinics are designed to remove barriers and make it easier for people to access the care they need.
By working in partnership with local organisations, we deliver eyecare in places people already know and feel comfortable in. This approach helps reduce missed appointments, builds trust and ensures people can access support alongside other essential services.
From eye tests and glasses to follow-up care and referrals, our clinics offer a complete, supportive pathway to better vision and improved wellbeing.
About our clinics
Our site-based clinics are designed to meet people where they are. By embedding eyecare within homelessness services, we remove many of the barriers that prevent people from accessing traditional healthcare settings.
We prioritise creating a calm and welcoming environment where people feel respected and supported. Appointments are designed to be flexible and unhurried, recognising that people’s circumstances can be complex and unpredictable.
Across our clinics, we provide comprehensive eye examinations, glasses dispensing, repairs and onward referrals where needed, helping people to improve their vision, confidence and quality of life.
