How long does the training take?
The training is designed to be practical and accessible for busy teams. We’ll provide details of the training requirements when you register your interest.
Does the whole practice need to complete the training?
We ask that around 80% of your team complete the training to help ensure a consistent experience for patients across the practice.
Can independent practices join?
Yes. The programme is open to independent practices, groups and larger optical providers.
Is this an accreditation?
No. The programme is a recognition and partnership scheme rather than a formal accreditation or certification. It recognises practices that have completed Vision Care training and committed to the programme’s guiding principles.
