About our mobile clinics
For many people without stable housing, accessing high-street opticians or healthcare appointments can be extremely challenging. Our fully equipped Mobile Clinics travel to hostels, day centres, shelters, and outreach locations to provide free eye tests, prescription glasses, and referrals for further care when required.
Each clinic is staffed by qualified eye care professionals and trained volunteers who understand the complex barriers faced by people effected by homelessness. We aim to create a welcoming, respectful environment where individuals feel safe, listened to, and supported.
