About the clinic
The Leeds clinic operates in partnership with St George’s Crypt, supporting people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. By delivering eyecare within the Crypt, we make it easier for people to access care in a place they already know and feel comfortable in.
St George’s Crypt is one of Leeds’ most established homelessness services, providing accommodation, food and long-term support. This means people can access eyecare alongside other essential services that help address immediate needs and support longer-term stability.
Our clinics are designed to be calm, unhurried and flexible. We understand that traditional healthcare settings can feel inaccessible or overwhelming, so we focus on creating a welcoming environment where people can receive the care they need without unnecessary barriers.
We provide eye tests, glasses and onward referrals where needed, helping people improve their vision, confidence and overall wellbeing.
